THANK YOU for your interest in the 2020 Heartland Family History Conference!
We are very excited to be able to offer this new 2-day regional Family History Event and look forward to a great Conference. A few things that you will want to know as you register:
All conference registrations include: plated lunches both days with luncheon programs, admission to all plenary sessions, choice of 6 breakout session presentations (Family History Writing Workshop counts as 2 sessions), admission to the exhibitor area, admission to the Friday evening Mix and Mingle reception, printed program booklet (contains schedules and logistics) and access to a downloadable digital syllabus (includes all presentation handouts).
Optional Printed copies of the conference syllabus may be pre-purchased for an additional fee (advance orders only). Orders must be received by March 2, 2020.
You may register through the on-line registration system, and either make your payment on-line or by mailing a check to the address that will be shown on your receipt. To pay by mail, select "Pay By Check (Mail in)" under Payment Method in the Billing Information section of your registration.
New this year, Conference Registrants will also have the option to split your registration into two payments. To take advantage of that option, select the conference registration category that you want, and a "Deposit" option will then appear below the selection. This will allow you to make an payment of half of the registration amount due, and make a second/final payment by March 2, 2020. If you pay online using a debit or credit card, the charge for the second payment will occur automatically on the scheduled date. If you are paying by mailing in a check, you will need to remember to mail in your second payment by the due date. Note: Your registration will be pended and not final until the final payment has been received.
There will be no pre-registration for the breakout sessions. Admission to all breakout sessions will be on a first-come, first seated basis. Doors to sessions will be closed when meeting rooms fill to capacity.
We hope to be able to offer a limited number of conference scholarships. If you would like to attend but are unable to afford registration due to financial hardship, please contact the Conference Chair

Full Conference, Friday & Saturday: TGS Member - $85*
Non-Member - $100
Single Day, Friday or Saturday: TGS Member - $50*
Non-member - $60
* Must be a current 2020 TGS Member to register at member discount prices
